Submitting an inquiry does not create an order, contract or sale. No payment is collected on this website, so an inquiry itself does not require a refund.
Separately confirmed transactions
If a customer later enters into a separately confirmed transaction, the applicable cancellation and refund terms must be communicated or agreed for that transaction before completion. This website does not publish a fixed return period, restocking fee or refund guarantee that has not been approved for a specific transaction.
